Saptakoshi Development Bank Ltd., a "B" Class financial institution licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank, operates a network of 35 branches across Province 1, with its Corporate Office in Biratnagar, Morang. As a pioneering development bank in the region, we invite applications from self-motivated, qualified, and results-oriented Nepali candidates to join our team in the following positions:

1. Branch Managers (BMs) - Dharan & Other Locations

Required No.: Few
Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in banking or financial institutions with exposure to Operations, Credit, and Marketing.
  • Preference for candidates with experience as a Branch/Relationship Manager in any BFIs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Management or equivalent from a recognized university with a minimum of 45% or equivalent aggregate marks.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to meet budgeted targets and lead a team effectively.

2. Relationship Managers (RMs)

Required No.: Few
Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in banking or financial institutions, particularly in Credit and Marketing.
  • Preference for candidates with experience as RM-Credit or Risk Officer in BFIs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Management or equivalent from a recognized university with a minimum of 45% or equivalent aggregate marks.

3. Legal Officer

Required No.: 1
Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an employee in the Law/Credit Department or as a Branch Manager in any BFIs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized university with a minimum of 45% or equivalent aggregate marks.
  • Preference for candidates with a Master's degree in a related field/Management.

4. Gold Tester (For Devkota Chowk Branch, Biratnagar, Itahari & Tharpu)

Required No.: 3
Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum +2 or equivalent level completed.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a gold tester in any Bank or Financial Institution OR 3 years of experience in an established gold business house.
  • Proficiency in handling PC operations.

Age Criteria:

  • For Branch Managers & Legal Officers: 21 years and above, but not exceeding 45 years.
  • For Relationship Managers & Gold Testers: 18 years and above, but not exceeding 35 years.
  • Female candidates are eligible for an additional age relaxation of up to 5 years.
